Almost 100 students were recently inspired by Australia’s youngest ever Judokan Olympian, Josh Katz, who revealed lessons in how to get back up after being knocked down.
Josh discussed the importance of family support, all the hard work people don’t see and “having a go.”
Central to his presentation was the importance of setting goals.
Josh shared his simple methodology to unleash his goals.
This includes writing:
• your goal
• how you will make this happen
• who will be your support team
• a start date and finish date.
