At VSV, we believe all students deserve the chance to enjoy positive mental health and wellbeing. VSV staff will work with you to make this possible.
We want you to feel like VSV is a place you belong, where you can connect with other students and staff, and know you are accepted for who you are. We are here to help you find a path to succeed, in a way that allows you to feel good about yourself.
For this to happen, we need resilience – the ability to cope with all the stuff life throws at us each day. We understand there are times when this is easier said than done, so we make it easy for you to get help when you need it.
Your Learning Advisor will be one of the first people you will get to know at VSV and will be your main point of contact during your time with us. They will metaphorically walk alongside you through the year to help with the many and varied questions and challenges that arise. It might be about putting together the best learning plan for you, or it might be checking in when stress levels are on the rise. Call or email them with any queries.
Sometimes we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed by the demands of school and life, or feel daunted by big changes that might be hard to deal with. The Student Wellbeing Team is available to help.
Email us at [email protected], call us on 03 8480 0001 or ask your Learning Advisor to put us in touch with you.
Current students can access the full wellbeing website and contact information through VSV Online.
