Year 11 Drama Units 1 and 2
Overview
In partnership with Melbourne Theatre Company, VSV has developed a VCE Drama course that brings theatre practitioners into the online classroom to inform and support students’ creative development and new work.
In Units 1 & 2 students tell stories, explore ideas and communicate meaning through the practice of performance-making. You will explore a range of performance styles to devise work that is eclectic in nature. You will devise short solo or ensemble performances (one in each semester) to be presented to the VSV community.
We will view a professional performance together in Melbourne. If you are located regionally alternative arrangements can be made to view a local performance.
