Teens: National Gallery of Victoria Event* (ticketed)
*This event is shared in support of a student’s extracurricular involvement. VSV is not formally affiliated with the organising organisation.
“My name is Rylee (Middle Years) and I share some exciting news about my involvement as a Teen Councillor of the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV).
Some of you might know about the NGV – maybe you’ve been before. Every year, the NGV hosts a group called NGV Teen Council. The group meets monthly to learn about behind the scenes operations of the gallery and supports events designed for young people.
The first event is coming up and is for up to 1000 high-school students. The party theme – ‘It’s Your Runway’, inspired by the current Westwood/Kawakubo exhibition.
Bring your friends and we hope you all enjoy a great night out with music, dancing, art, hands-on activities and the chance to meet other creative young people.”
