Cameron L, a Year 8 student at Virtual School Victoria, has qualified for the state finals of the Prime Minister’s Spelling Bee after scoring an impressive 28/30 in the initial round. The competition, open to students from Years 3 to 8 across Australia, challenges participants to spell 30 words accurately and quickly to beat the clock and their fellow competitors.
Cameron’s success reflects their dedication and skill, supported by their English teacher, Andrew Banks. As Cameron prepares for the state finals in September, the VSV community wishes them the best of luck.
